Required Statements
Your DMCA report must include both of the following statements verbatim:
Statement 1 - Good Faith Belief:
"I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material I am complaining of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
Statement 2 - Accuracy & Authorization:
"The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
Signature Requirement
Your DMCA takedown request must include an electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Response Timeline
We will review your DMCA request promptly upon receipt. If the request meets all the requirements outlined above, we will take the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material from our website
- Send notification to the user who posted or uploaded the content
- Preserve evidence for potential legal proceedings
- Take appropriate legal action as necessary
Note: We typically respond to valid DMCA requests within 24-48 business hours.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your material was removed in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on the site
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was made in error
- Statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
- Your electronic or physical signature

What Wallpaperz Will NOT Do
Please be aware that:
- We will not accept incomplete DMCA requests
- Requests without proper statements and signature may be rejected
- False DMCA claims are subject to perjury penalties under law
- We do not respond to requests that do not follow the DMCA procedures
- Requests may be forwarded to law enforcement if they appear fraudulent
Repeat Infringement
Wallpaperz has a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If a user has been notified of copyright infringement multiple times, Wallpaperz reserves the right to permanently remove their ability to access, download, or upload content on our platform.
Legal Disclaimer
Filing a false DMCA claim can result in serious legal consequences, including civil liability for damages and attorney's fees. False DMCA claims may also result in criminal prosecution for perjury under 18 U.S.C. § 1621.
